AlivaMab Biologics
AlivaMab Biologics (AMB) provides end-to-end antibody discovery and engineering solutions tailored for T-cell engager (TCE) programs. The AlivaMab Mouse-NGX platform generates diverse, fully human VH/VL repertoires, while the AlivaMab Mouse-SDX platform produces fully human single-domain VH antibodies, enabling the design of compact multi-specific TCE architectures. A panel of validated CD3 antibodies, spanning a range of affinities and tested in bispecific formats, are also available for non-exclusive licensing.
AMB’s engineering capabilities span IgG, bispecific, and multi-specific formats, with geometry- and valency-optimized designs. These are supported by integrated functional assays, including with primary human cells, detailed kinetic characterization, and comprehensive developability assessment.
